More "before" pictures.

The old scale was used to weigh UPS cheese shipments and the kitchen was the hub of office activity for the cheese business. The faux finish paint job that covers most of the downstairs was done to emulate the restaurant interior at "Red Bones" in South Carolina. All the wood in the kitchen comes from Boucher land, and most of it was milled nearby. We didn't have a lot of money, so we made everything ourselves: the stained glass, the cabinets, and the counter tiles and floor tiles were economical discontinued closeouts.
