Saturday Lunch
Arepas
I roasted a farm chicken and immediately craved a sandwich. Must have been the aroma filling the house - I usually cook birds outside on the grill.
Since I can't have "real" bread, I made feta-filled arepas stuffed with raw onion, chicken breast, mayo and sriracha. Much more appetizing to eat than to look at, but yummier photos can be viewed here and here.
