The automated calf feeder arrived three weeks early. By 8:30 a.m. all the calves had eaten and were napping.
You probably can't see it but the final line says "0", which means everybody ate their portions.
This is the transponder that is attached to each calf's ear - think: earrings.
This is where the powdered milk is mixed with warm water and dispensed on the other side of the wall. Yes, it is a blender making milkshakes - which is why I call it "The Dairy Bar" - though Dan has cast a vote for "Calf Mom".
