Smokey Rack of Lamb

 It was just nice enough outside to fire up the Traeger pig smoker.  This Redeye Express rubbed rack smoked for 1 1/2 hours with mesquite, then inside for a sear in the cast iron pan, finished baking in a 300f oven until 125f. (about 15 minutes).
