Quick and Easy: Shrimp Dumplings

Gluten-free Shrimp Dumplings
Take one half pound of raw shrimp, 6 minced cloves of garlic, one bunch of spring onions - whiz in food processor with 2 tsp. tapioca starch and one egg white.  Refrigerate mixture for an hour.

Shrimp Dumplings
 Fill spring roll wrappers, and pan-fry until golden.

Wheatless Shrimp Dumplings
Served with sriracha and sesame oil.  And you might ask "Why are you eating shrimp?"  And the answer is 'it's been in the freezer for a while and needs to be et'.
