Project Sunflower: The Field In The Woods

 That's Sunflower Field #3 across the ditch.  We can't get to it right now because the road is slick with mud.  You may recall that I haven't been up here at all to check on it yet because of my fear of bears, coyotes, wolves, zombies, ticks, and whatever else lives in that 40-acre patch of woods back there.

Here's a close-up of the "sample" patch planted on the outskirts of the alfalfa field we were driving on.  Looks pretty much like it should - lotsa weeds, though.  Still too wet to combine.  We will be pressing soon!!!!
