Monday Menu: GF French Bread Pizza
Here's another use for leftover smoked pork tenderloin. Just a bit of BBQ sauce, veggies and cheddar in the oven for 20 minutes (400f). The bread is a baguette from Against The Grain.
Wheatless, quick, and easy fixin's for the Monday after Easter, though the baguette got a little mushy for Dan's taste.
