Weekend Cook: Smoked Spare Ribs

Our local Hannaford recently re-vamped the meat display cases - no more flat white bins and harsh lighting.  Now, everything is stepped at eye level against a black background which makes the products look amazing.  We couldn't leave the store without buying every package of thawed ribs to cook up on the Traeger.


These stayed on the smoker at 225f for six hours, and they were almost done - but not quite pull apart done.  Still, we ate some right away.

The next day, they went into a 250f oven (covered) for two hours and were perfectly candied.
