On The Side: One Potato, Two Potato
Oven Roasted Potatoes
Couldn't be easier: oven at 375f, potatoes on an oiled baking sheet, bit of salt. At the 20-minute mark, I turned them and let them go another 5 minutes, until they were cooked through. Nice with chicken.
