Monday Menu: Warm Chicken Salad
I steamed haricot vertes for 10 minutes, added warm leftover chicken from this cook and tossed both with a bottled vinaigrette I purchased at farmer's market. Easy Monday eats, with a tomato mozzarella salad on the side.
