The seventh week of Burlington's Farmers' Market is behind us, and we are enjoying our day in the park away from the farm for a few hours each week. This year we have increased the amount of beef, veal, and pork that we process, so if we are out of certain cuts, check back in a few weeks to see if your favorites have returned.
